Do you have access to my crypto?
No. We help you generate and configure your Agent Key inside your own Crypto.com account. We never hold your keys or have direct access to your funds. The agent runs on your credentials, with your permissions.
Can the agent trade without my approval?
Only if you want it to. By default, we set up trade approval via Telegram — the agent proposes, you approve. You can also set it to auto-execute within your budget limits if you prefer hands-off.
What if something goes wrong?
Every agent has a kill switch. One message in Telegram and all trading stops instantly. On the managed plan, we monitor 24/7 and can halt the agent automatically if anything looks off.
Do I need a Crypto.com account?
Yes. You need an active Crypto.com account with the Agent Key feature enabled. We handle everything else.
